Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Dear Customer,
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you cannot return the goods or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation. You are only obliged to pay compensation for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (as would be possible in a physical retail store).
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
General Notice
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. You may be required to compensate for value reduction caused by handling beyond the examination of the characteristics and functionality.
- Depending on usage level and restoration work required (e.g. cleaning), costs may apply and be deducted from the refund. (Estimated costs: Electric heating cookers €39–69, HP models €49–149, IH models €79–249).
- Please return the goods in the original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.
- Please do not return goods freight collect (unpaid).
- Compliance with instructions 1–2 is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
- After receipt of the returned goods, the refund may take up to 14 days.
